WestFest is EXCITED to welcome the West Valley Symphony - Utah to our Celebration!
The West Valley Symphony was formed in 1991 by founder Ralph Baker. It is an all volunteer orchestra of 75-80 musicians ranging in age from 17-90, and its musicians come from all over the Wasatch Front, Tooele, Bountiful, Eden, Logan, as well as the Salt Lake Valley.
The symphony in now in its 20th season. Bringing quality music to West Valley City and surrounding areas. The West Valley Symphony has performed in: Abravanel Hall, Weber State University in Ogden, the Eccles Theater in Logan, UVCC (Utah Valley Community College) in Provo, and the Salt Lake Tabernacle. The West Valley Symphony is now in its ninth year of performing with the Choral Arts Society of Utah in their KUTV/Salvation Army Holiday Pops concert to benefit the Angel Tree Program.
